Overleaf Professional (formerly ShareLatex) is now available for all Engineering account holders. All students, faculty and staff who would like to use a collaborative, online LaTeX editor for their projects.
Overleaf Professional accounts provide real-time track changes, unlimited collaborators, and full document history.

How to Claim New Account or Link Existing Legacy Overleaf Account

  1. Go to overleaf's SSO Login page: https://www.overleaf.com/sso-login
  2. Type your onid@oregonstate.edu and click login.
  3. Pick or login to your account from Microsoft's login page

 

  1.  If you had a overleaf account assisiated with your ONID before, then click "Login and link" and login with your previous credentials. Otherwise, then click "Create new account".

  1. If you are creating a new account, you should see the success message 

 

Non-Engineering Account Access

If you are not part of the College of Engineering as faculty, staff, or a student, you can still request access to Overleaf.

Please open a support ticket and select "Engineering IT" as the IT Group or ask that your request be forwarded to Engineering IT for review.
